Insomnia

Some people have a difficult time going to sleep; others have a difficult time staying asleep. Once their minds start thinking about things or worrying about getting to sleep, they find it more and more impossible to sleep. Their problem is 文字方塊: that they let their thoughts keep them awake, when actually their thoughts can lead them into sleep.

James Steed helps this kind of person learn how to relax, teaches him self-hypnosis, offers a great sleep tape program and suggests ways that will help sleep more sweetly. He also helps people find more useful ways of dealing with their daily worries.  In general the client not only starts sleeping better, he starts living better, too.

WARNING: Hypnosis is not a substitute for professional medical or psychiatric care.  Anyone with such problems should seek the aide of trained professionals.
